Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may be unable to make changes or cancel it.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) at the email below.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Photos of any damage (if applicable)
